refunds
All requests for refunds must be made in writing and received on or before 1 September, 2010. Requests will entitle the registrant to a refund less a $300 accommodation fee. In lieu of a refund, an organization may send an alternate qualified thought leader, by notifying ISUAS organizers in writing by this date.

In accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronics Documents Act (PIPEDA), this is notification that ISUAS will be sharing your contact information with summit sponsors and delegates. The information you provide with your registration will be collected, used and disclosed for the purposes of this conference and our online Alumni database (only accessible by other SUAS Alumnus). If you do not want your name included in the Alumni database, send an email to event@tsuas.com.
