Your Summit registration includes a Fairmont room with a king or queen bed or twin beds, your gratuities, most meals (see agenda for details) and breaks. However, if you wish to upgrade your service or extend your stay please contact the hotel.

Travel arrangements are the responsibility of each delegate but TSUAS made special arrangements with Sundog Transportation and Tours and have secured a discounted rate for delegates. See below for details.
